Join our dynamic Marketing team and help shape how we connect with our customers across multiple channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving retention, deepening relationships, and delivering real value through integrated campaigns and compelling communications.

About the Role

As our Marketing Executive on a 6-month fixed term contract, you’ll be at the heart of our customer engagement strategy. You’ll work across the full marketing mix from digital platforms and email to direct mail and social media, creating and optimising campaigns that resonate with our customers. Your insight-driven approach will help us tailor communications, strengthen relationships, and support commercial growth.

You’ll manage day-to-day marketing activities, from planning and execution to performance reporting, ensuring everything is delivered on brief, on budget, and on time. Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life and deliver seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the visual design of campaigns and digital/print materials, ensuring everything aligns with brand style and delivers a cohesive, professional look.

* Deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer retention and growth.

* Create and manage content across website, email, social media, and print.

* Analyse campaign and website performance to inform future activity.

* Present plans and results clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

* Use customer insight to guide tailored engagement strategies.

* Ensure all communications meet regulatory standards, including Consumer Duty.

* Monitor industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

* Support the creation of sales support materials and digital assets.

* Collaborate across departments to solve problems and improve customer journeys.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven marketing experience in a regulated environment, ideally Financial Services.

* Good eye for design.

* Skilled in multi-channel communications and campaign delivery.

* Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting marketing data.

* Experience updating website content and improving customer journeys.

* Excellent organisational and project management skills.

* Creative thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

* Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.

* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and CX/Salesforce platforms is a plus.

* Passionate about customer insight and engagement.

* Awareness of regulatory requirements affecting marketing communications.
