In this rewarding role, you’ll:
✨ Provide direct support to children and young people, including those who are Looked After.
✨ Work closely with families, carers, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
✨ Assist with assessments, care plans, and court-related responsibilities under supervision.
✨ Make meaningful visits to homes and communities, offering both practical and emotional support.
🧩 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Level 2 Care Qualification (or equivalent).
✅ Experience working with children, young people, and families.
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✅ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
✅ Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
