London/ temporary / £13.00 - 14.52 per hour Lunchtime Cover Needed - Dalston, East London Salary - Per Hour Start - ASAP TeacherActive is seeking a friendly, reliable Lunchtime Cover Supervisor to support one of our partner primary schools in Dalston. This is urgently needed and starting ASAP. In this role, you'll help ensure pupils are safe, supported, and engaged during lunchtime, supervising both the dining hall and playground. You should bring a caring, positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the confidence to manage groups of young children. Punctuality and dependability are essential, previous school experience is required as well as safeguarding training. What you need: Experience working with or caring for children (in a school, childcare, or community setting). Ability to promote positive behaviour and ensure a safe, calm dining/playground environment. Strong communication skills with children and adults. Good level of spoken English to communicate effectively with pupils and staff. Basic literacy and numeracy skills (e.g., Level 1/2 or equivalent). Right to work in the UK and ability to pass an enhanced DBS check. Why TeacherActive?
