Our team is passionate about cyber security and committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where our people and customers can develop, grow, and win.PositionAs the Head of Development at Quorum Cyber, you will lead our development team, driving the creation and enhancement of our cybersecurity products. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire development lifecycle, from planning to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, UI/UX, Solution Directors, and Portfolio, to align development efforts with the company's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Define and communicate clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics for the team.Manage resource allocation, team dynamics, and career development.Develop and implement a comprehensive development strategy that aligns with Quorum Cyber's business objectives.Oversee the development and maintenance of internal and external cybersecurity products, including SOC, SDM, Engineering, and PMO tools.Ensure the successful delivery of new MDR, MXDR, CTEM, and other cybersecurity products.Collaborate with the Product and UI/UX teams to translate product vision and customer needs into actionable development plans.Work with Solution Directors to ensure that development efforts align with customer requirements and market demands.Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes.Quality Assurance & Security:Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance.Ensure that all development projects adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.Conduct regular code reviews, testing, and audits to maintain high-quality standards.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development and cybersecurity.Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to explore new ideas and approaches.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.RequirementsQualifications:Proven experience in a senior development leadership role, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Defender products, Sentinel, and Purview.Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Aha.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).Other InformationYou will get an excellent salary, with world-class benefits (private health, generous holiday allowance with a competitive holiday plan, offering you more time to relax and unwind alongside flexible working.)As a leading-edge technology company, you will have access to the latest technology, and an environment that will encourage and nurture your curiosity.
