We are seeking a Project Finance Director to join our growing team in London. This senior‑level role is responsible for originating, structuring, and executing complex transactions across renewable energy, digital infrastructure, and broader energy sectors. Key Responsibilities Lead origination efforts across the UK and Europe, developing deep client relationships with sponsors, developers, investors, and corporates. Drive full end‑to‑end execution of project finance and asset‑backed finance transactions, including credit analysis, financial modelling oversight, structuring, documentation, and internal approvals. Identify market opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives within targeted sectors. Manage and mentor junior team members, promoting a high‑performance, collaborative culture. Represent the institution in market discussions, industry events, and cross‑functional internal projects. Required Experience & Skills 7+ years experience in structured finance, project finance, and/or asset‑backed finance within a bank, fund, or asset‑management platform. Proven origination track record and strong deal‑execution credentials. Deep knowledge of at least one of the key sectors: Renewable Energy, Digital Infrastructure, or Energy; strong understanding of commercial, technical, and regulatory dynamics. Ability to lead negotiations with clients, lenders, and advisors across complex, multi‑stakeholder transactions. Excellent communication skills and established network within relevant sponsor/investor communities.
