Overview Your mission at Voi: ensuring the logistics of collecting and providing Voi scooters. Responsibilities Collect and manage damaged scooters. Replace batteries. Perform quick on-site repairs of scooters. Diagnose and repair broken vehicles. Recycle and dismantle vehicles that cannot be repaired. Assist with the acceptance, packaging and provision of new vehicles and batteries arriving at the warehouse. Support on-site team: identify damaged vehicles, clear parking spaces, set up fallen vehicles. Qualifications Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points for minor offences and no major offences. In-depth knowledge of your city and experience driving within it. Responsible team player, able to manage tasks alone and work well in a group. Ability to motivate others and share knowledge within the team. Pragmatic problem‑solving mindset. Ready to navigate your city in a van under any weather and traffic conditions. Calm under stressful situations. Physical capability to carry heavy loads. Possible DBS check. Job conditions Shift pattern: 5 out of 7 (2‑week pattern). Working hours: nights and weekends. Contract: 6‑month fixed term or permanent.
