We are currently looking to recruit a Director to join the team at HRW and further their career with us We operate as one cohesive team across the globe, with our offices located in New York, and London, Wallingford UK. As collaborative experts in the healthcare space we are looking for a curious senior leader to inspire our internal teams and partner with our clients to deliver scientifically grounded research and delight every time. As a director in our business you will understand the full range of HRWs services and be comfortable discussing them internally and externally. With account ownership you will seek out profitable opportunities with repeat and new business, developing client relationships and write persuasive proposals. Key responsibilities of the role include business development, research design, proposal writing, overseeing project execution and adding value to debrief presentations. With HRW’s focus on developing new and better research methods and sophisticated analysis techniques, the position offers the opportunity to gain experience of several novel and exciting approaches to conducting research and interpreting data. Managing multiple large scale projects simultaneously on a day to day basis, you will be responsible for the smooth and successful delivery of these projects through all stages alongside reviewing work of others and delegating effectively where appropriate to ensure high quality deliverables. Candidates will need to have the confidence and sector knowledge to be able to add real insight at debriefs and to be able to help coach and mentor more junior team members. You should also be a strong business developer and have the ability to enthuse both clients and colleagues. Requirements The ideal candidate will be someone who is commercially aware with healthcare/pharma experience who has worked on a mix of quant and qual projects with a solid agency background, although client-side experience would also be very useful. Candidates must have strong I.T skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Our Interview process will consist of an initial exploratory call, followed by competency based interview and task/proposal presentation. We offer a competitive compensation package which includes healthcare cover, 401k match bonus incentive schemes, and modern, flexible working practices. This role is being offered with a salary $130+ dependent on skills and experience and level agreed during assessment process.
