Working closely with senior leaders, trade unions, and stakeholders across the council, you’ll help ensure our people policies are robust, up‑to‑date, and aligned with our strategic goals and legislative requirements. You’ll provide expert advice on policy and employment practice issues, contribute to continuous improvement, and help drive creative, evidence‑led solutions. By building strong partnerships and using data‑driven insights, you’ll help create a positive, resilient council where every policy supports our ambitions and values. If you have a track record of supporting dynamic HR policy development and you’re ready to make a tangible difference for colleagues and communities, we want to hear from you.
