This is a long term assignment with temp to perm opportunitiesThis is your chance to be part of something from the ground up, in a modern facility offering long-term, stable employment and excellent growth potential.Your RoleHigh-Level Order Picker / Warehouse OperativeAs a key member of the warehouse team, you’ll be responsible for accurate and efficient picking of goods at heights of up to 14 meters, operating a High-Level Order Picker (HLOP) within a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPicking stock accurately from high-racking systems using VNA trucksNavigating and working in a safe manner and following all health and safety protocolsGeneral manual handling and other warehouse dutiesMaintaining a clean and safe work areaWhat We’re Looking ForIdeally, we are looking for candidates with previous experience on any type of FLT Truck – Full training providedWarehouse or picking/packing experience preferredMust be comfortable working at height and using emergency equipmentExperience using HLOP or working in VNA environments is highly desirablePhysically fit, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work 5 days out of 6 (with Sundays off and alternate Saturdays required)Own transport required due to limited public transport in the areaWhy Join Us?Opportunity to secure a permanent contract from day oneCompetitive pay with increases after trainingBe part of a brand-new site launch – a great opportunity to grow with the teamBoth permanent and temporary contacts are availableWeekly pay and a supportive team cultureFull training provided – no experience?
