The Software Solutions Engineer acts as the first point of contact for all Aras customers. You are somebody who can troubleshoot complex customer environments, collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve bugs, provide crucial feedback to Product Management to drive product improvement, and create knowledge base articles.ResponsibilitiesProvide an exceptional support experience via email, web and/or phone for our customers using Aras products and achieve core KPIsParticipate in debugging and testing the productDevelop sample customisations of the product for customersMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing technical resolutions for customer issuesDocument customer interactions and feedback by creating knowledge base articles and providing recommendations for improving the online documentationYou will be an expert in the Aras Innovator productParticipate in on-call rotation shiftQualificationsExperience with C# and JavaScriptExperience with OOP conceptsExperience with Web Application development preferredExperience with SQL database preferredExperience with a customer-facing role or consulting roleSenioritiesSeniority level: Entry levelEmploymentEmployment type: Full-timeJob functionJob function: Engineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesIndustries: Software DevelopmentReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Aras Corporation by 2x.
