We provide lots of opportunities for development, in-house training, and a shadow shift will be required to guarantee you understand the setting. Working Hours & Salary 37.5 hours a week – Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm, with 1 in 4 weekends and some bank holidays. Annual salary up to £49,175 per annum Full Time Equivalent, depending on experience. Responsibilities Responsible for assessment and ongoing management of our patients' mental health needs. Work collaboratively with the multi‑disciplinary team as an autonomous practitioner managing a caseload of patients, assessing their physical, social and psychological needs to develop a holistic health care plan. Contribute to our nursing strategy and vision: provide outstanding evidence‑based care to our patients, seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback, so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them. Deliver non‑judgemental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries. Play an active part in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the patients' care following our policies and procedures and always considering safeguarding. Benefits Discounts on shopping and leisure activities Support to grow in your role and continue your professional development 24/7 employee assistance helpline and financial assistance when you need it Qualifications & Experience Occupational Therapist or Social Worker – HCPC / NMC Registered Experience of working within mental health settings, developing knowledge and understanding of this patient group Evidence of continued professional development Forensic experience – desirable Experience of working collaboratively with other agencies and stakeholders in a multi‑disciplinary environment Although not essential, ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
