You will work closely with teams across the organization and contribute to a culture where compliance enables innovation and growth.Lead Regulatory & Clinical ComplianceShape and evolve Trialbee’s global regulatory and compliance strategyPromote alignment with GDPR, HIPAA, ePrivacy, and emerging health data frameworksEnsure our technology and operations meet high standards of regulatory and ethical conductRepresent Trialbee in client audits and regulatory discussionsChampion compliance-by-design across products and workflowsAdvance Privacy, Data Protection & Policy GovernanceBuild a scalable, transparent privacy governance programOversee participant-facing privacy notices and study-specific privacy needsSupport documentation accuracy, version control, and lifecycle processesGuide DPO responsibilities and collaborate on DPIAs, risk reviews, and incident responseStrengthen Quality Assurance & QMSLead the evolution of Trialbee’s Quality Management SystemSupport SOP lifecycle, document control, and company-wide training programPromote continuous improvement, audit readiness, and consistent quality practicesDrive Audit, Certification & Risk ManagementOversee internal / external audits and client quality assessmentsSupport structured risk management, reporting, and cross-functional alignmentPartner with IT and Security on organizational controls and compliance postureBuild & Lead a High-Performing TeamBuild and develop a world-class Regulatory, Privacy & Quality organization.Foster a culture centered on integrity, accountability, and excellence.Who You AreWe welcome leaders who bring a blend of experience, curiosity, and the ability to scale programs in a growing organization. You may thrive in this role if you :Have a strong background in compliance, regulatory affairs, privacy, or quality within digital health, health data technology, clinical research, medtech, or similar regulated spacesDeep expertise in GDPR, HIPAA, and global health information governance.Proven leadership in QMS, policy management, ISO frameworks, and document control.Experience managing audits and regulatory engagements with enterprise clients.Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable processes that empower the business.Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels.Experience building and leading high-performing teams.If you bring related experience in patient recruitment, that’s a plus—but not required.
