We have the largest Fund Valuation team of all our competitors and we work with an enviable client base, including Aviva, Columbia Threadneedle, Schroders, Abrdn, Hermes, AXA, Fprop, Picton & St Bride's amongst others.In Leeds, our Valuation team of 10 have diverse backgrounds and a variety of skill sets that work together to provide the best service possible to our clients across the retail, industrial, office & residential markets.Working for market leading Fund clients gives an unrivalled opportunity to value the very best properties whilst working closely with our wider valuation teams from across the country. We strive constantly to bring balance to the day to day role, and we have leadership in place at both team and company level which supports this ethos.We cover Yorkshire and the North East from the Leeds office.Key Responsibilities-Preparing regular investment valuations-Thorough market knowledge of the sectors in our geography-Working alongside a senior colleague on core client accounts and regular liaison with 'Lead Valuers' and Fund clients-Regular inspections of the assets and local areas-Assisting with business development by handling repeat business, attending industry events and client presentations-Client focused approach and ability to develop strong relationships-Integrating into the wider CBRE business and developing a one team approachPerson Specification/Requirements-MRICS or equivalent.-Good IT skills in particular Word and Excel, with knowledge of Argus Enterprise and Developer Software preferable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
