About The Role Maintenance Assistant. £28,080 / 45 hours. Permanent position. Malmaison London. Responsibilities Take responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities and the management of the maintenance team. Ensure jobs are completed efficiently to meet guest expectations during their stay. Complete the daily job list and preventative maintenance schedules with an eye for detail and passion for fixing things. Meet time deadlines, liaise with contractors and take responsibility for health and safety. Qualifications Excellent communicator, organizer, hands‑on individual with excellent attention to detail. Experience working in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel. Knowledge of electrics and health and safety.
