Availability Window Sun: 10:00 – 16:00 Tue: 08:30 – 11:00 Wed: 10:30 – 14:00 Sat: 16:00 – 20:00 Responsibilities Know customers and serve them with passion and pride, giving great natural service. Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store. Apply training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly. Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet their needs at the right time. Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere. Be knowledgeable about the store’s performance, understanding the part you play in driving service and sales, reducing waste and shrink, and delivering profit. Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition. Live Tesco values, make everyone feel welcome and always follow policies. At times, accept deliveries into the store. Qualifications A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride. The ability to build rapport with customers, making them experience a great shopping trip. Take initiative and make decisions that are right for customers.
