We are looking for a proactive and dedicated professional to join our dynamic team, responsible for a variety of service tasks including installation, commissioning, certification, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities Perform routine performance verification and preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak efficiency. Efficiently install and commission new equipment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly to reduce downtime. Advocate and support audits, calibrations, and validation activities across PI and cross‑divisional product lines. Collaborate effectively with other departments to support business objectives. Provide outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships. What You Need to Succeed Proven experience in Electrical, Electronic, and Mechanical engineering, demonstrating a strong technical foundation and ability to work across multidisciplinary systems. Solid track record working within a customer‑facing service environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver high‑quality customer service and technical support. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and a customer‑focused approach. Experience with installation, commissioning, preventative maintenance, and breakdown rectification. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, showing adaptability and a proactive attitude. Our Offer to You 25 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 29 days.
