Senior Quality ManagerWe are seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead and develop our Centre Quality team, ensuring external quality assurance of centres aligns with City & Guilds' processes, regulatory requirements, and Centre Assessment Standards Scrutiny (CASS) strategy. This role will play a crucial part in mitigating risk, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring valid and reliable learner outcomes.As a key leader, you will provide direction and support to a high-performing team, manage resources effectively, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standardsYou will be working on a hybrid basis with an expectation to be in the office 2 days per week. There will be travel required to attend offices where your team are based.
