Van Drivers & Driver Supervisor Needed – New Contract Starting January 2026 (Lockerbie)

We are recruiting 5 Van Drivers, including 1 Driver Supervisor, for an exciting new contract launching mid-January 2026. Our client is expanding operations into Lockerbie, offering a great opportunity to join a growing team from the very start.

Working Pattern:

* Monday to Friday

* Some weekend work may be required during peak periods

* Average shift length: 7–11 hours per day

* Guaranteed 39 hours per week

Pay & Benefits:

* £12.21 per hour

* £1.02 per hour bonus for excellent attendance and incident-free performance

* Holiday pay included

The Role:

You will be delivering high-end gardening products to private residential homes using a flatbed vehicle. This is a physical, hands-on role involving:

Driver Supervisor Role:
One of the positions will be a Driver Supervisor, responsible for:

* Supporting and guiding the driver team

* Acting as the main point of contact for daily operational issues

* Ensuring delivery standards, safety, and compliance are maintained

* Assisting with training, route queries, and problem solving
(This is a working supervisor role — you will still carry out deliveries.)

Requirements for All Roles:

* Previous van driving experience preferred

* Ability to carry out heavy lifting

* Knowledge of safe loading and securing

* Reliability, good communication skills, and a strong safety focus
