We’re partnering with a long-established M&E contractor in Bury to find a skilled Mechanical Project Manager. This permanent role is suited for someone confident managing project teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring mechanical packages are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing
*
Leading mechanical packages from pre-start to final handover
*
Managing project teams, subcontractors, and supply chains
*
Reviewing designs, specifications, and technical documentation
*
Overseeing health & safety, RAMS, and compliance on-site
*
Supporting commercial teams with variations and project budgets
*
Liaising with clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
*
Ensuring quality control and programme delivery
Skills & Experience Required
*
Proven experience managing mechanical projects in building services
*
Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, and plantroom installations
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and first aid qualifications (preferred)
*
Ability to manage multiple teams and maintain high standards under pressure
*
Clear communicator and organised problem-solver
*
Full UK driving licence
