You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers. This nursing home provides a range of care services, including nursing care, dementia care, residential care, respite care, end‑of‑life care and convalescence care. Requirements Required: NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Preferred experiences and skills: Genuine desire to care for others Good team player Strong verbal and written communication skills Key Responsibilities Promote the well‑being of residents and provide the highest quality of care. Assist with daily tasks, including personal hygiene care, outings and companionship. Encourage independence and support vulnerable individuals in their daily routines and activities. Maintain accurate records at all times. Benefits & Compensation Hourly pay: £12.60 (annualised at £23,587.20). Permanent full‑time role, 36 hours per week on days.
