Vision for Education is looking for motivated, aspiring educators to join a supportive primary school in Chigwell as Future Teachers / Trainee Teaching Assistants. This is an excellent pathway for individuals considering a career in teaching and looking to gain hands-on classroom experience.

About the Role

This role is ideal for graduates, career changers or anyone passionate about moving into education. You will:

Support pupils in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 under the guidance of experienced teachers

Work 1:1 and with small groups to reinforce learning

Help deliver engaging lessons and activities

Develop classroom management skills and gain real school experience

Receive ongoing mentoring and support to help you progress towards teacher training

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A strong interest in becoming a teacher or working in education

A positive, proactive and enthusiastic approach

Good communication and teamwork skills

A willingness to learn and take on feedback

Some experience with children (desirable but not essential)
