Skills & Temperament: Demonstrate a patient, compassionate, and energetic approach when supporting pupils with special needs. Communication: Possess strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills. Compliance: Hold a current Enhanced DBS check (on the Update Service is preferred) or be prepared to apply for a new one immediately. Highly Desirable: Experience supporting a broad spectrum of SEN needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties) is a significant advantage.
