Job Description The Job Mission We are looking for a Quality Management Lead to join the Assystem team, to support one of our projects in the nuclear sector. You will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are applied consistently across the project lifecycle whilst working closely with supply chains, contractors, and project teams to deliver quality right first time. Ensure deployment of project quality arrangements across engineering and construction phases Develop and manage Project Quality Control Plans (PQCPs) for key contracts and projects Lead audits, inspections, and surveillance to ensure supplier compliance with requirements Support review and approval of contractor Quality Assurance Plans (CQAPs) Manage and resolve non-conformances, facilitating corrective and preventive actions Ensure the delivery and progressive provision of Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs) Oversee quality documentation, certification, and handover processes to construction teams Collaborate with internal stakeholders, regulators, and inspection agencies to maintain standards Qualifications Essential Skills Strong background in project delivery and quality management, ideally in nuclear or large complex projects. Solid knowledge of QA/QC practices, quality systems, and standards. Experience working with project teams and supply chains, offering practical solutions and collaboration. Ability to lead and influence multi-disciplinary teams. Proven record of managing quality plans and inspection activities. Desired Skills Experience in nuclear or another highly regulated sector. Familiarity with ONR Licence Conditions (LC6, LC17). Chartered Quality status or CQI membership. Lead Auditor (IRCA) or equivalent qualification. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or 8D problem-solving.
