Key Responsibilities Develop new business through distributor and dealer networks Build and maintain senior-level and field-level relationships Identify and onboard new distributors Conduct joint customer visits with internal commercial teams Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation and campaigns Manage key customer accounts and support issue resolution Participate in trade shows and industry events Provide insights on customer needs, competitors, and market conditions Train and support internal teams and external partners Manage warranty/aftersales data and contribute to process improvement Required Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of the foodservice equipment industry Basic technical understanding of equipment, especially combi-ovens Proven success in a similar sales or channel-focused role Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously Competence with Microsoft Office applications Full, clean UK driving licence ACS are recruiting for a UK Sales Manager.
