You'll handle a variety of technical challenges, assist with integration setups, and deliver exceptional support to our clients worldwide. Key Responsibilities Provide first-class technical support to our customers via email, phone, and remote sessions. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software and system-related issues. Assist with the deployment, configuration, and integration of Zynk products. Collaborate with the development and product teams to resolve advanced issues. Document technical processes, FAQs, and customer resolutions. Contribute to continuous improvement of support tools and processes. What We’re Looking For Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software systems and troubleshooting business processes. Experience with XML, SQL, C#, REST APIs are a plus. Customer-Focused: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users. Problem-Solving Skills: Logical thinker with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
