This position plays a key role in building, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that support a range of mission-critical products and services.This role would suit someone with a solid technical foundation, a collaborative approach, and a keen eye for detail who is looking to develop their skills within a complex engineering environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and test software to support core products and internal systemsProduce and maintain software build and test specificationsWork collaboratively across teams to improve the testability and quality of softwareLiaise with internal stakeholders, customers, and technical partners on software-related mattersContribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and practicesUndertake additional project or testing tasks as required by managementEssential Skills and ExperienceTechnical background with a strong understanding of the software engineering lifecycle, particularly test and integrationAt least 1 year of practical experience testing software for PCs running WindowsExperience writing test plans, specifications, and reportsKnowledge of scripting or programming languages to assist with automated testing and buildsStrong communication skills and proficiency in MS OfficeDesirable SkillsExperience in building software and software installersPrevious work in a technical or engineering organisationWillingness to travel occasionally within the UK and overseas to support testing and deployment activitiesQualificationsDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)Personal AttributesA proactive team player with strong attention to detailAble to work independently while contributing to a wider technical teamFlexible, professional, and comfortable engaging with colleagues and clients at all levelsHow to ApplyIf you're interested in applying your technical and testing skills to innovative engineering projects, please submit your CV or contact Christian at TEC Partners for more information #J-18808-Ljbffr
