Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality teaching and learning experiences that inspire, engage, and support children’s development across all areas of the EYFS. Work closely with the nursery team to create a positive, collaborative environment for children to thrive. Build strong, trusting partnerships with families to support each child’s learning and wellbeing. What An Early Years Teacher Needs Must be at least Level 6 Early Years qualified; UK EYTS essential. Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families. Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children. Beneficial to have had Phonics Training.
