Additionally, Hypervolt was voted DrivingElectric’s Home EV Charger of the Year 2023 & 2024.Position SummaryHypervolt is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant (PA) to the Chief Executive Officer, providing comprehensive executive and personal support.The PA will act as an operational extension of the CEO, managing time, communication, logistics and events with precision, discretion and professional excellence. Hypervolt is entering a new phase of international expansion, focusing on the United States market, requiring frequent travel across multiple time zones. The PA will coordinate this logistical complexity and ensure the CEO’s schedule, travel and priorities are flawlessly coordinated.This position exists solely to support the CEO. The PA’s responsibilities are aligned entirely with the CEO’s schedule and objectives. The role is based primarily at Hypervolt Headquarters, Canary Wharf, London, with a requirement to be physically present three to four days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the CEO’s calendar to ensure optimal time allocation for strategic, operational and creative work.Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring agendas, materials and participants are fully prepared.Serve as the primary point of contact for all scheduling requests and communications directed to the CEO.Maintain situational awareness of company priorities to make informed scheduling and communication decisions.Travel and LogisticsPlan and manage all domestic and international travel, including flights, ground transport, accommodation, itineraries and visa arrangements.Ensure seamless logistics for the CEO while travelling, including coordination of remote meetings.Hold a valid driver’s licence and be prepared to drive the CEO to meetings and events when required.Event Planning and CoordinationSupport the CEO and Executive Team in organising company events, board meetings, off‑sites and leadership gatherings.Coordinate venues, logistics, guest arrangements and internal communications to the highest professional standard.Office and Administrative SupportManage correspondence, documentation and expense submissions for the CEO.Liaise with vendors, landlords and office service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.Uphold strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business or personal information.Representation and CommunicationAct as a professional interface between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.Prepare and proof correspondence, meeting notes and follow‑up actions.Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively identify issues or opportunities before they arise.Qualifications and ExperienceExtensive experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant to a C‑suite executive, founder or senior leader in a fast‑paced environment.Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, travel and logistics across multiple time zones.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.Proficiency with the Apple ecosystem (Calendar, Mail, Keynote, Numbers, Pages) and modern productivity platforms.Proven reliability, discretion and loyalty when handling confidential information.Full, clean UK driving licence.Personal Attributes and Working StyleOutstanding communication skills – confident and articulate when liaising with internal stakeholders, partners and high‑profile external individuals.Precision and reliability – consistently punctual, organised and methodical, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results.Excellent documentation discipline – great at taking and organising notes, preparing summaries, maintaining clear records, tracking costs, receipts and expenses.Adaptability and composure – comfortable operating in an evolving, fast‑paced environment where priorities and schedules can shift at short notice.Professional resilience – able to maintain focus, positivity and professionalism even when the company is moving quickly or working under pressure.Executional excellence – a natural bias for action and follow‑through, ensuring plans are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.Our ValuesBe persistent – Problem‑solving and perseverance are essential to our mission; we persistently work to solutions.Be accountable – We operate in a fast‑paced, collaborative and autonomous environment; we hold ourselves accountable for progress.The ‘Ello Sir Ethos – We treat people how they wish to be treated, valuing customer input as the true power.Dare to dream – Technological advancement begins with daring dreams.Stay hungry; stay foolish – Continuous ambition fuels our success and keeps us humble.True Greatness is Blind – Great ideas and execution can come from anyone, anywhere, any time.Senior LevelMid‑Senior levelEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionAdministrativeIndustriesAppliances, Electrical and Electronics Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
