The Role Our Graduate Engineering & Maintenance Programme is designed to fast-track your career in one of the most exciting engineering environments in Europe. You’ll begin with a three-week induction, giving you an immersive introduction to our culture, values and the heart of our operation. After that, you’ll rotate across core engineering functions over two years, gaining hands‑on experience and contributing to vital, business‑critical projects. Your placements may include but aren’t limited to: Supply Chain Management Fleet Technical Management Maintenance Operations Control Logistics Base and Line Maintenance Powerplant The programme also offers international exposure across our European network, working with teams in locations such as France, Italy, Germany, Portugal or Switzerland. Throughout, you’ll be supported by a dedicated mentor, access to industry-leading training, and a network of specialists who will help shape your development. What we’re looking for We’re looking for graduates who bring curiosity, drive and a genuine passion for engineering.
