Position: Mechanical Supervisor
Location: Baker Street, London
Salary: Up to £58,000 + Private Medical Insurance

About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified mechanical supervisor with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments. This role requires the candidate to be technically strong.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
  2. Ability to conduct RAMS & logbooks up to date
  3. Technical mechanical knowledge - AHUs, FCUs, Hydraulics etc.
  4. Client facing skills to communicate with the client

Package & Benefits:

  1. Competitive basic salary of up to £58,000
  2. Private medical insurance (Including Dental, Optical & Audio)
  3. Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
  4. Large amounts of Overtime Available
  5. 25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays (Goes up to 28 days)

Requirements:

  1. Level 2 or 3 in a mechanical qualification or any related qualification such as a Mechanical Degree
  2. Previous experience as a lead or supervisor
  3. 3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
  4. Experience with Hydraulics, AHUs, FCUs
  5. Proven track record in commercial environments
  6. Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
