Qualifications The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction consultancy, with at least two years PQE and a professional qualification such as MCIOB, MRICS, or APM-or a clear commitment to achieving chartered status. You will be confident in managing budgets, programmes, contracts, and risks, with the ability to drive projects forward while inspiring your team and maintaining client satisfaction. Experience with construction software like Asta Power Project or MS Project is highly desirable.
