This role is hands‑on, providing personal care and support, creating a safe and welcoming environment for learning and growth. Responsibilities Safeguarding: ensuring safety and wellbeing tailored to individual needs. Health and wellbeing: supporting eating, drinking, medication, and managing epilepsy.
