Overview We are looking for a Clinical Lead to join the Early Interventions in Psychosis (EIP) leadership team. The role requires senior clinical and managerial leadership within a multidisciplinary mental health service. Responsibilities Lead clinical practice, driving clinical excellence and service transformation in line with the NHS Long Term Plan. Co‑produce and support the evolution of the EIP pathway and evidence‑based interventions with community mental services. Develop care pathways across the city locality to embed and implement new ways of working. Provide senior clinical supervision, education and support to junior staff and other professionals. Lead on service transformation in line with the NHS Long Term Plan and specific EIP national guidelines. Qualifications Experienced clinician: nursing, social work, OT, therapist or other with professional registration. Evidence of active clinical and managerial leadership skills. Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
