This hybrid role combines clinical practice and leadership responsibilities to ensure high-quality patient care and robust clinician support across our dental network.In this role, you will work a minimum of two days per week as a self-employed Associate Dentist providing a mixture of NHS and private dentistry, delivering exceptional clinical care to patients. The remaining days will focus on providing leadership as an employed Clinical Director, supporting the recruitment, development, and retention of clinicians, ensuring compliance with industry standards, taking responsibility for robust internal auditing processes and ensuring WE are provider of choice for both patients and all clinical staff. Reportable to the Managing DirectorAs an Associate Dentist (Self-Employed):Provide general dental care to patients, ensuring high standards of clinical excellence.Build strong relationships with patients, promoting trust and long-term oral health.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Stay current with advancements in dental techniques and technology through self-development and A&U Evolve.Compliance and AuditingMonitor compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.Conduct audits of clinical audits e.g. Radiography Audits, Patient Record AuditsReview DAF reports and address findingsRecruitment and RetentionIdentify and recruit talented clinicians to join the team.Foster a supportive and engaging environment to enhance clinician satisfaction and retention.Ensuring regular and effective 1-2-1s are conducted with Associate Dentists and remedial actions are carried out in a timely manner.Professional DevelopmentDevelop, deliver and implement training programs to support clinicians’ growthMentor and coach clinicians to enhance their clinical and professional skills.Complaint ManagementEnsure patient complaints are handled professionally, resolving issues promptly and effectively.Implement processes to prevent recurring issues.Quality AssuranceWork closely with the management team to drive clinical excellence across all practicesConduct regular reviews of clinical processes and recommend improvements.1st Floor, Pacific HouseStanier WayDerbyDE21 6BF #J-18808-Ljbffr
