Base pay range Field Sales Manager – South Yorkshire Car Allowance Provided The Role As a Field Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of driving commercial growth across retail, e-commerce, and high‑street sectors—partnering with organisations that ship parcels at scale. You’ll build strategic relationships, influence key decision‑makers, and lead the full sales cycle while being supported by an experienced leadership team. This role offers a high level of autonomy, strong operational backing, and a clear pathway into senior leadership as you continue to develop. Responsibilities Build, manage, and strategically develop your own prospect pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Drive new business acquisition across retail and e-commerce markets. Maintain accurate forecasting and activity management within the CRM. Lead efficient onboarding processes and ensure a seamless go‑live experience for clients. Equip customers with the tools, training, and knowledge they need to self‑serve effectively. Monitor ongoing client performance and proactively manage escalations. Partner closely with local operations teams to deliver service excellence and uphold client satisfaction. About You Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ambitious, proactive, and highly target‑driven. A collaborative team player who is also confident operating independently. 1+ year of field sales experience. Experience within the logistics sector is highly desirable. Full UK driving licence.
