About the Role As a graduate engineer, you will work on live projects from day one, with exposure to all aspects of our work. Your day‑to‑day tasks may include: Designing electrical circuits, wiring and lighting. Producing detailed designs and drawings using Revit, Dialux, Relux, and Electrical OM. Undertaking site surveys and researching ground‑breaking technologies. Participating in continuous CPD and learning opportunities. Collaborating with project teams, meeting clients and end‑users, and attending joint meetings. You will receive dedicated mentorship and the training to support your development with Hoare Lea. About You To be successful in this role you’ll need: An expected or achieved 2.1 or above in an IET or CIBSE accredited degree, or an equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A master’s or other relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Previous placement or work experience in a similar industry is an advantage. Understanding of CAD or similar modelling software is an advantage. Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
