Waking Night Support Worker – Creative Support Salary: £12.60 per hour. Location: Bury, Greater Manchester. Employment type: Full-Time/Part-Time. Creative Support is seeking committed Waking Night Support Workers for an exciting opportunity to join our team under the Transforming Care Agenda using a trauma‑informed approach. Provide support to adult service users aged 18+ with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex needs. Support residents with shopping, cooking or baking, household tasks and personal care needs. Encourage and facilitate meeting individual personal goals. Work 24/7 in a trauma‑informed and case‑management model of care. Collaborate with support coordinator and service manager for direction and support. Help transition service users into their new home with dynamic work between office, service and care provision. Requirements: Experience in the care sector desirable but not essential; training will be provided. Vacancy Reference Number: 71932.
