OverviewProduction Test Engineer — 12-month contract • Based in Stevenage • Offering £36ph Inside IR35Are you an experienced Electronics Test Engineer? Do you want to work with an industry-leading company?If your answer to these questions is yes, then this could be the role for youAs the Production Test Engineer, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.ResponsibilitiesProviding test engineering support to operators on the shopfloorTesting and diagnosing complex electrical/electronic systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit cards down to component levelGenerating test specifications, operator instructions, and technical reports - based on higher-level requirements and informationIdentify remedial and corrective actionsSupporting meetings with Quality and Operations to provide status updates on Test Engineering actions and investigationsQualificationsA good understanding of measurement and test principles, and associated equipment down to component levelAwareness of electrical/electronic sub-system and system design, integration, and test principlesAn understanding of RF and microwave technology at subsystem levelAn understanding of Environmental testing (including ESS)Manual handling trainingESD trainingIf this all sounds like something you will be interested in then simply apply and we can discuss the opportunity furtherDisclaimerThis vacancy is being advertised by either Advanced Resource Managers Limited, Advanced Resource Managers IT Limited or Advanced Resource Managers Engineering Limited ("ARM").
