Preparation and submission of external applications for payment. Identification, pricing and agreement of change. Valuation of sub‑contractor accounts. Commercial management of the projects. Work Environment Site‑based exposure to roads, bridges, utilities and rail across Leeds and Yorkshire. Qualifications and Skills BSc, NVQ4 or MSc qualification. Relevant CSCS card. Strong communication skills and problem solving. Understanding of measurement and NEC engineering and construction contracts.
