Responsibilities Provide in-class and out-of-class support for students with learning difficulties/disabilities. Support personal care, literacy and numeracy as needed. Collaborate with curriculum staff to plan, prepare and review learning and provide feedback. Manage challenging behaviour and help students develop coping strategies. Qualifications Hold or be working towards Maths and English L2/C grade. Willingness to work towards adult learner support or equivalent qualification. Experience supporting students in an educational setting. Knowledge of SEND, ALS and EHCPs. Department Info In this role you will work closely with members of the Additional Learning Support and Curriculum department teams. You will report directly to the LSA Manager and liaise closely with tutors to support learners within the classroom environment.
