What you’ll be studying Based in our Derby office, we have a range of apprenticeship opportunities within various business areas. Click the links below to learn more about what each apprenticeship involves according to the Apprenticeship Standard. Also look at the entry requirements for that Standard which are inline with what the Learning Provider requires. Level 6 Degree Apprenticeships Electro‑Mechanical Engineer (Closed for new applications) – Business area: Transportation Nuclear Scientist and Nuclear Engineer – Business area: Nuclear Project Manager (Integrated Degree) (Closed for new applications) – Business area: Nuclear All entry requirements are subject to change but are as accurate as possible at the time of advertising. Where details are not available from the Learning Provider currently, we refer you to the Standard. We must make you aware that in some instances, between the roles going live and enrolment, there can be an increase in the minimum entry requirements for the course enforced by the Learning Provider. In this instance we’ll work closely with you to consider the options available. Further information about the business area you’ll join will be discussed with you during your interview and you’ll have a chance to ask questions. Salary range: £26,228 – £30,784 – dependent on location and team From day one you’ll work on real projects that offer scale and variety, collaborating with others and creating a meaningful impact on the world around us. You’ll be supported by our leaders, technical specialists, your own dedicated mentor and our continuous learning and development framework. Here’s what your role as an apprentice will involve: Developing your skills in a wide range of exciting projects Learning and using relevant design software and technology Being involved in client meetings and assisting in building key client relationships Understanding and learning digital skills to help us harness technology in new ways Receiving mentoring as you study towards nationally recognised qualifications and accreditation Having dedicated time to spend at college or university to focus on your studies To thrive throughout your apprenticeship and shape the best start to your career you’ll want to show us: An interest for working in a consultancy environment A desire to work collaboratively with a curious approach, challenging yourself to find new solutions Enthusiasm and drive to complete your apprenticeship programme and seek out development opportunities You are motivated to achieve a professional qualification and continue learning You are comfortable embracing digital ways of working and learning new technologies Commitment to spend a minimum of three days a week in the office or on client site (project dependent) Meeting your needs 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays.
