Job Overview We are seeking a Home Manager for Riverdale Court Care Home in Welling, Kent. As the Home Manager, you will lead the delivery of outstanding care, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and fostering a culture of compassion, accountability and respect within the team. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the care home. Ensure clinical governance and compliance with regulatory standards. Foster a culture of compassion, accountability and respect. Empower staff to help residents live vibrant and fulfilling lives through active support, empowerment, safe risk‑taking and creative thinking. Qualifications Previous experience managing a care home with a similar or greater number of residents. Strong background in elderly care within a care home environment. Leadership experience and full knowledge of CQC regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for providing high‑quality person‑centred care. Remuneration & Working Hours Salary: £65,000 per annum. Full‑time role (37 hours per week) with additional hours and/or weekend/evening shifts when requested.
