Location: Stornoway, Scotland, United Kingdom Pay and Hours Start rate of pay: £12.45 an hour (up to £13.66 for stores within the M25). Records show further payments may apply based on location. Policy provides a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. Part‑time work is available to a minimum of 12 hours per week. Support product and service areas, including picking and replenishment. Apply training to work safely, effectively and deliver excellent customer experience. Make customer‑centric decisions and deliver store routines. Participate in seasonal, community and charity events. Monitor store performance, reduce waste and shrink, and contribute to profit. Handle products with care to maintain quality. Represent Tesco values, make everyone feel welcome and follow policies. Accept delivery of goods to the store, where required.
