Join to apply for the SEND Support Assistant role at The Leader Group At Leader Education, we are seeking a Support Assistant to support children within a SEND school that caters for both primary and secondary students, located in Choppington, Northumberland. The ideal Learning Support Assistant will have had previous experience working with young people as well as a genuine interest and commitment to helping them reach their full potential. Working With Leader Education Competitive pay rates Refer a friend or colleague bonus scheme: £100 per referral (terms apply) Free CPD training including Safeguarding A dedicated consultant to answer any queries and for ongoing support Potential permanent contract after a qualifying period The Successful Candidate Will Candidates will need an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one Ideally have experience in a classroom setting or have transferrable skills Have a passion for teaching and learning with the ability to make learning enjoyable and fun Prepare and adapt learning materials to meet the needs of students Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative working Interested candidates are invited to submit a comprehensive CV outlining their teaching experience and qualifications relevant to this role.
