Learning and Development Coordinator

Location : Slough (Hybrid 3 days onsite)Contract : 12-month maternity coverHours : Full Time (35 hours per week Monday-Friday)Salary : 30000 to 32000We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to join our HR & L&D team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys coordinating training programmes managing learning systems (LMS) and supporting employee development in a regulated environment. You’ll be part of a collaborative team helping drive continuous learning across the business.In this role you will :Coordinate and support the delivery of training programmes including technical onboarding, soft skills and e-learning initiativesMaintain accurate training records and compliance documentation in the Learning Management System (LMS)Support ISO13485 compliance by following controlled processes and help preparation for internal/external auditsManage credentialing requirements for employees requiring hospital accessOrganise and improve Company Induction and onboarding activitiesMaintain a library of engaging e-learning content using EasyGeneratorCoordinate in-person training workshops and external learning activitiesLiaise with external training providers where necessaryParticipate in global learning initiativesWe're looking for someone who has :Previous experience in L&D training coordination or similar HR development roleExperience using a Learning Management SystemAn understanding of ISO regulations or of working within a regulated environment such as medical, pharma, finance etcStrong organisation and attention to detailConfident communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to manage deadlines and prioritise workloadsA CIPD or learning‑related qualification is desirable but not essentialYour Benefits34 days holiday (inclusive of public holidays)Generous PensionPrivate MedicalMedical cash back schemeCompany sick payLife AssuranceCritical illness and income protection (service requirements apply)Perkbox benefits platform #J-18808-Ljbffr
