What You Will Do As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee quantity surveying and commercial management across a range of projects from contract award through to completion. You’ll lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and be responsible for their commercial performance, while providing commercial and contractual advice to Sales and Projects teams. You’ll also coach and develop your team, including apprentices, ensuring successful financial project completion while mitigating company exposure to risk. What We Look For Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor managing projects from £100k to £10m RICS accredited or actively working towards accreditation Extensive experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) environments Strong understanding of commercial and financial risk Proven ability to lead and deliver on large commercial projects Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions #J-18808-Ljbffr
