Role Overview As part of the Investor Relations team, you will play a key role in supporting client engagement and ensuring smooth delivery of services to institutional investors. This is a varied role that combines operational responsibilities with relationship management. What You’ll Do Prepare and distribute investor reports and related documentation. Respond to investor queries on transactions, reporting, and audits. Maintain and update CRM systems to track client interactions and workflows. Coordinate scheduling and logistics for investor meetings and events. Work closely with senior client‑facing professionals to ensure exceptional service. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external service providers. What We’re Looking For Around 5 years of experience in a client services or investor relations role. Familiarity with regulatory requirements is advantageous. Experience working with hedge funds or similar investment structures is a plus.
