If your experience doesn't match the specification, we'd still love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Complete all deliveries into customers' homes in a safe and professional manner. Communicate effectively with the customer prior to delivery to ensure they know you are on your way. Ensure furniture is delivered to the requested room and that no rubbish is left behind. Represent The Sofa Delivery Company values and those of our brand partners in everything you do. Work with your team and senior managers to provide feedback and continually improve service standards. Carry out daily inspections of allocated vehicles and equipment, informing the line manager of any defects or missing items immediately. Comply with all driving laws defined by the government and all company policies and procedures. The role is for you if... You hold a 7.5T Licence, Digi Tacho, CPC Card and a valid UK manual driving licence (minimum 12 months, max 6 points). You are great with people and enjoy helping customers. You have strong time management skills and thrive on variety. You are comfortable installing and lifting heavy furniture in different home settings. You take pride in your work and value the safety of yourself and others. You are ready to work as part of a supportive two-person team.
