The role is based at our newest catering unit – Edinburgh Futures Institute at Edinburgh’s Old Royal Infirmary building. This historic building is being renovated and extended to form a major interdisciplinary institute, the largest of its kind in the UK. The Edinburgh Futures Institute Houses Canopy Kitchen & Courtyard comprise a modern restaurant and a busy food-to-go outlet with seasonal, on-trend, exciting food. We are looking to strengthen our food team.As a Commis Chef, you will assist the senior chefs in the preparation of all food items for our restaurant and grab-and-go menus.
