About the Client The client is a young child who benefits from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community. A carer who is calm, patient and confident working independently will thrive in this role. Clinical Requirements PEG feeding Tracheostomy care Personal care Moving and handling Full specialist training and competency sign‑off are provided, so you do not need every skill to apply. Shifts Available Day shifts – 07:00 - 19:00 Night shifts – 19:00 - 07:00 What The Role Involves Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home Supporting community access and social activities Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support Communicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams Your presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of their daily routine.
